Best way to stop firearms from being "easily convertible to full-auto"?

Still a KelTec, thus, Canada's shortest non-restricted paperweight.

    hahaha

still.. if one of this "arrangement" can make it in NR, opens the door for more 'variants'

    I have had 4 Keltecs (2 KSG's, and 2 RFB's), all function 100% if I didn't make an operator error.

    INCORRECT

18.5" rule only applies to semi-auto center fires!

As this is a manual action, only the minimum OAL applies. Since it does not have a folding/collapsible stock, even the OAL does not apply. This falls into the same category as Ranch hands which are below 26" OAL.

    Pump action.... shotgun....

But I guess the many many many NR short barreled rifles and shotguns that have short barrels are not OK. ....
