    Interesting - I didn't see any receiver flex or barrel-whip in the slow--motion video like you can so clearly see with the typical AKM and its sheet metal receiver. The M10X appears to have solved these issues with the milled steel Upper Receiver (a-la FN FAL), the monolithic aluminum Action Cover/Handguard and a medium-weight barrel. Very nice video, thanks for that look at the M10X.

    The bolt doesn’t stay open consistently? Or was I seeing things?

    The bolt is held open by the mag once the mag is removed the bolt closes

    Or of any other AK mag then Croat mags are used there is NO bolt hold back/open at all

    And that’s cool? I don’t know much about AK platforms because I live under a rock. But that sounds lousy for a modern rifle no?

    If you are very un familiar with AK pattern rifles then just so you know every single AK/AK type rifle does NOT have a bolt hold open. Doesnt seem to stop the millions of AK rifles made and used by operators all over the world.
    Also they dont just go to the range, they use them in battle like this so.....

    So what’s the accuracy like at 100 yards? How close is it to an AR vs an AK/SKS? Does it shoot groups or areas?
