I will just get a receiver set then as I will go 18.5" light profile barrel to keep weight as low as possible

I don't see why this would matter given the frt is NR......

If you are worried about being questioned out in the woods, I'm sorry to say it is going to happen regardless of what papers you carry. All you can do is take pictures to show condition, make sure to get receipts for and property confiscated and call a lawyer ASAP to have your legally possessed property returned immediately.

I hunt with a few black rifles, it's just the way it is
