    Thanks Ironheart, hfx123, and raptor660.

    It’s too bad that these don’t fit functional parts that can potentially fail, or that one may want to upgrade (extractor, trigger kit, etc) but it’s pretty nice to be able to accommodate the 870 stock.
    For fit for me, nothing compares to an 870 with a stock drop spacer and a combo pistol grip/full stock. My Mossberg just isn’t the same even with a stock drop spacer and a boyd thumbhole laminate.

    If these have an aluminum receiver, then I may like it even better than the 870. The steel receiver makes a shotgun a bit heavy as a non-restricted alternative to a sidearm.

    This may be just what the doctor ordered for bait drops just before bear season.
