You can always have the muzzle device permanently attached, like welded.

however, you can still have the end of the barrel drilled to have an integral compensator as part of said barrel and maintain the barrel length at 18.5"+

barrel is 0.5" short. Hopefull we wont end up paying more than $100 for that 0.5".

They have to do a run of 18.5in barrels for us.

Small run, bigger the price if they doing from scratch.

I believe in canada the chamber counts and not in the usa so a 18inch usa could be a 18.5 canadian ... we might get lucky
