The laser embossing or deep engraving is as follows... Unfortunately I do not have access to the Canadian flag pictures that were done on the AR receivers. The finish would look like the Mattel surface engraving on this customers lower receiver.

It can be done, although it would depend on the material they were manufactured with, if there is a high fiberglass content it wouldn't work that well.
