Yes, however some words of advice... Super light coats; I had a couple of small runs and sags to deal with; so I had two moderate weight coats; try for 3 or 4 lighter coats. Unlike anodized or powder coat, I expect that if the finish get's damaged, you can de-grease, redcoat and bake to touch up. Cheaper than farming it out (1/2 -1/3 the cost), but at $50 bucks for a little can, it is more expensive than it should be.

I would use it again; no question. BTW it is much darker than in the photo; must be the flash that makes it look gold. Gold would not be bad. LOL

That's the same one I have. Came with two bottles of unmarked media. I'll play around with it, maybe it will do the job as it is. I have my can of Cerama-cote and now itching to get my receivers done.
The bottle I got from CTC was labeled, if I recall rightly, 200-400 grit. It looked the same as the stuff he got with it. I'm certain that it is repackaged used grit, as there was some crap in the bottom of the bottle. At $13.00, that is way more than it is worth, but go easy, and it is plenty to do your lower.

BTW, I learned that you can regulated the sand by tightening and loosening the cap on the sand tank, allowing more or less air to feed the sand into the venturi. You will need a full face shield; when done, after 3 pints of beer, I was still spitting sand!! Set it at the pressure specified in the directions.

If all else fails: Go to a local body shop and ask the boss if you can flip him $20 to blast your parts quick. I did that before I bough a stand up blast cabinet off kijiji

Neat trick, I'll try and post my results once I can get some time in the garage. I found a smokin' deal on kijiji for a bench top cabinet so the beer should be safe from any additives.

I don't have access to a sand blaster so I'm roughing it up with a foam sanding block. Cerama Coat should be here tomorrow.

So after seeing another thread about swapping pistol calibers and registration info, I got curious as to these.... The registration lists frame only. All my other registrations have a barrel length specified. After completing this build with a barrel is the CFO supposed to be notified to update these registrations?

I’d be interested in this answer as well. Thanks
