    I believe at this time they are producing stripped sets only in an effort to get as many into folk's hands as possible.

    Its really simple, and if your not inclined to do so any of the bigger shops that have an armourer can probably assemble one for you pretty reasonable too.

    do's it have a captive rear takedown pin or is it the some as the Modern Varmint set up for takedown ?.

    No rear take down pin, same take down procedure as the MV.

    Not to mention the rear of the lower on your MV would need to be milled down for the CH to fit and function.
