Just a quick update, I'll see about snapping some pictures tomorrow but we are well on the way into "op 3". After op 3 the lowers could fully function as a single shot receiver as the only thing left for "op 4" is cutting out the mag well, then they are tumbled, blasted, and anodize. Anybody else getting excited for these things??!

I'm late to the party and did not see the caliber for this set - is it 223/556? Are they di ?

Also I'm assuming the sets are all sold already ?

Yes they are 223/5.56 DI sets.
Not sure if the first run is sold out, probably gonna have to call ATRS for that.

Forgot to ask - do they have takedown pins that stay in the receiver like the ar ?

Probably not just like the other, but similar.

You can not mate an AR U/l with the Sporter , but all other parts should be interchangeable.

Rear takedown is replaced by a bar and hook, and the front is proprietary and included, that’s the info I was given.

Close but not quite correct.
Rear pin is part of the lower and does not move or come out. Front pin is standard AR15 front take down pin and operates in the same manner.
