Well almost. Tolerance QC, then hand finishing, then bead blasting, then final QC, then anodizing.

Awesome news . Just put my lower together yesterday in anticipation. Every thing fit nicely no messing around or filing like the competition. Really like the captured spring and ball safety.

We pondered on doing a special run for the diehard DIY gang. Slightly out of spec, requiring a bunch of fitting and toolmark removal and then anodizing or CeraKoting or rattle canning as desired, but it really would not have amounted to any cost savings so we opted to keep on keeping on
