Bought a BCG a while back and was in "processing" que for a week or so. I called and they said theyve been having a major glitch with their online payment system. I confirmed the order details and next day it was shipped... worked out in the end. Id still buy from them again
As mentioned, their phone mailbox is full. Which for a business, is very unusual as they get massive storage plans from bell or Rogers.

People (frontline staff, managers, owners) are what make or break a company. Sounds like maybe the name is all that's left of what was once a good business to deal with.

Customer service isn't their strong suit,too bad he used photobucket becouse the barrel he bought was completely screwed.
