I ordered G27 mags from them..... on back order arrived on my door 2 weeks later and did not have to provide Pal info lol..... never have had a problem with finding hard to get items from these guys. Dozens of transactions... excellent service.
Not questioning their past service. Just curious that they seem to have gone dark. Even their own section here has been almost unused since 2017.

Placed a order with them last week, no email confirmation and order still has not been processed. Sent an email and no response. Going to call credit card company on Monday.
I don't think Mark is active in the company any more. He was the driving force there.

That is a shame. He was always helpful and a fantastic communicator. There is no option on the website to cancel an order. I sent another email asking for them to do so, and forwarded a copy to the CC company in case they try to force the sale through down the road

Just another company on here that has everything in their inventory out of stock. Why even bother having a retail business with nothing in stock. They are not unique in this.
Placed an order last week. No email confirmation. Nothing so far.
I sent them an email a few months back asking if they were still able to get some mags they have listed on their webpage and if the price was current. No response.
