    I went though the trouble of putting the Midwest handguard on a Marlin SBL and I'm here to tell you it was an improvement as far as overall feel and bonus of adding stuff with the M-lok option goes. The rig is built for "go" not for "show". The retail price of the handguard is 3 bones so if you don't mind carbon this is a deal IMHO.

    This ^^^^^ It would be a nice rifle with a normal forend stock.......... Definitely looks like something Remlin would produce.
