Thats not very nice to make the consumer pay a penalty if something changes like delivery time or price....which it already has.....
I have seen a few pre order lists on cgn for this rifle, some are.
with full refund options when prices rise or delivery is pushed back, others with claw back for whatever reason you cancel your pre order.
surely all the dealers could get together and agree on a standard terms for a pre order for regular firearms accessories, excluding special order/custom builds
currently you have to read each dealers pre order terms carefully,i have no problem with 50 dollars charge if for no other reason I simply change my mind

Ruger is a REAL manufacturer,,not a nickel and dime outfit like Freedom Ordinance,no matter what,the Ruger PC9 will put this FX9 toy to shame,i had a deposit on one to,at $900.00 it was an OK experimental buy,but when the manufacturer starts to gouge Canadians simply because they realize they can,they can take their crap toy and suck up another loss,many will never buy anything Freedom Ordinance makes,ever,
