Dealing with them WAS a pleasure. But lately most of the salespeople are busy on their phone's instead of doing the job right
I've seen a few of these epps rants in the last while. I've bought a few things here and there from them. Not the friendliest bunch but I got what I wanted. I'm sure I'll be in there again for something I forgot on the way up to our deer hunt..
CSSA / CCFR / CPC (almost to the point of walking away)
I had some less than stellar experiences with them....thumbs down
I never had a bad deal with them.
They were the only one that go back to me. Vs 5 other stores with fancy websites and store fronts. Guess they save money and put it where it matters. Customer Service.
April 8th, remember 22 Bravo. Take a min to remember the Fallen.
I look elsewhere.
He has a half-tracked mind and unrelenting habit of self aggrandizing.
Can anyone guess?
After quite a few transactions and years dealing with Epps, I have been satisfied with them. If there was ever a small issue they always made it right. That's my experience anyway.
It's been a hit and miss for me too. The service was a lot better a few years back.
A little more Molon, a little less Labe.
I survived the gun control scare of 2013 and all I got was this t-shirt.......
And 30 PMags, 5000 rounds of .223, 3000 rounds of 9mm, 5 BCG's, 5 stripped lowers, and a really pissed off wife.
I bought two firearms from them and guarantee there won't be a third! Neither order was right and it was many phone calls to get it corrected.
I should have learnt my lesson the first time.
