PAL Application Married partner in another country

    Hello

    Quick and maybe tricky question

I am married to my wife who lives in another country, she has never been to Canada. Do i have to list her as my conjugal partner? My concern about listing her is she would basically be impossible to contact with time differences etc.

Don't think it matters where she lives, you're still married. What are you going to write on the application? That you're single?

Yes, List her! Scan and email her the application for her to sign and send back. They probably wont contact her if she signs it. If no signature is provided than they would probably try and reach her for a few questions.....
