    Unbelievable customer service, truly special!

    I had an order go pretty awry through some miscommunication between myself, NM, and their supplier, regarding the length of rail on one of their ar-15s. I called in and spoke to Brad, on which he offered to fix the situation handsomely, because really it wasnt either of our faults.

    I put in another order, got a very nice discount, free Xpress shipping, and the ability now to call NM one of the top dealers I've had the fortune of being misfortunate with! Thanks again Brad, you rock!

    This does not surprise me: always had a great experience anytime I deal with the good folks over at NM.
