Where can I post a review/critique of a non-site sponsor store?

Hey there, I am thinking of posting my experience of a store/gunsmith that I have been dealing with. I want to see if I can get people's opinions on what they think and share what has happened. It is not a site sponsor. They do have a sub forum in the Full Service Firearms and Shooting Supplies Retailers (By Province and City) forum. Do I post it there? Or is it better to post it in the forum for the product i.e.: Pistol and revolver forum. Not sure what the etiquette is on these things.
