    From what I’ve read on the other thread they will catch up in September as the state department is supposed to release everything by the coming Tuesday. Ordering now puts you in the October import.

    It’s whatever your credit card converts it at when you purchase. When you look it up that’s usually a little better then what your card will exchange it at.
