Looking for Apprentice Gunsmith who wants a career in gun making.

We are looking for someone who has strong interest in firearms, specifically rifles who wants a career in gun making.
We are willing to invest the time in the right person.

Prerequisites are, experience running manual lathes and mills is a must as well as current RPAL, able to be bonded, and pass security checks.
Must be able to follow protocols and be very detail oriented.
This is a full time position Monday to Friday.
We offer generous remuneration and benefits.

Please email resume or questions to info@albertatacticalrifle.com

PMs will not be responded to.

In transparency I want to point out that Gunsmithing is not an indentured trade in Canada, so I use the word "apprentice" loosely.
The closest Red Seal trade ticket we can get a person is Journeyman machinist with an apprenticeship with SAIT being a possibility to the right individual.
The successful candidate will learn how to build a rifle from raw components as well as repair, modification etc.

Yes having general machinist skills would be a good start.

    Awesome opportunity!
Won't say I completely don't believe in alchemy, as I've seen silver duct tape make golden silence.
