Common Problems with EE ads

It needs to be easier. I have followed instruction and advice from many members; and something that worked before won't work for me the next time. Honestly, CGN is the only forum I post on where I have trouble with pictures; and it is even more difficult in the EE than it is in the topical forums. I have been told to pay and "join the team"; but this is not a requirement in the other forums. That being said, I find the membership and participants in the EE to be a great group of people, and the best in the world to deal with.
 
I'm unsure of where to post and in what chats really to engage with to get granted access to buy and sell .
