please bring the "exploded view" when shopping for parts, makes it a lot easier to search and find any particular little piece than scrolling through many pages of parts within that assembly

    try resetting your password

if you still can't get in, send us your email address and we can beat it into submission
I reset my password and was able to sign in, but now I have no orders listed. And as a result, I can't track the order that should be on its way to me (Didn't write down the tracking number)

    Looks great!
The only request I have, and it's a personal one, is bump the default products shown up from 12. I loathe having to scroll through 15 pages or constantly reset the default page view from 12 every time I change categories.

I know it's for fast loading times, but by the time you're done loading, and then reloading it after you've set it to 30. Especially when you're dealing with things that have a ton of items. I can think of more than a few webstores that suffer from this

Also, +1 for the What's new. Can't wait till you bring that back.

+1, same experience. Had to reset my password (not the wrong password, I use a password manager). Can't see my pending orders.

Just so you are aware, the banner on this site no loner directs you to your website since the switch over.

the user accounts thing is unfortunate as the migration software promised to preserve everyone's passwords seamlessly. my techies are working on that. worst case you can simply reset your password or we can do that for you.

the look and feel is not my favourite but we started with this template just to get the site launched, we intend to make some refinements. What's New section will come back too. and the exploded diagrams

I forgot to mention that all your past orders, wishlists, back in stock notifications, etc may be hidden temporarily but they are safe and will be brought over the new website in due time (a matter of days).
