If it were across town I probably wouldn't call and ask, but over an hour, I'd be calling before (and getting someones name) because computers can be wrong.

This is a good suggestion; however it falls apart if they check the same inventory program that reports on the website. Even if a clerk says they have them, ask them to check physical inventory.Originally Posted by brooksy08

that's what website are for too, in 10s... Can't blame the guy for being mislead, it's not as if he had not checked. What is he supposed to do ? Not trust the website ?
As a generality I would never trust website inventory listings
