I ordered something November 14th, which was paid in full. It has been processing for 2 months.
I have emailed 3 separate times over a 3.5 week period, none of which were replied to. I have left a voicemail, which was not returned. I have pm'd two of the stores employees over a several week period. I have posted in the forum where the sale was listed. All without a response, except for one PM that said "i will look into it", which was weeks ago.
I am really not too pleased with the lack of response to any of my correspondence. Can you please respond to any of my correspondence to update me on my order.
