I was wondering if you are the place to bring henry rifles for warranty? I just bought a new henry and it will not extract the shell after. You have to manually push down on the extractor to get it to clip the rim

Reach out to henry, they will help you with all the arrangements to either 1) send it in for repair on their dime or 2) send you the parts it needs if you want to repair it yourself without sending it away
I had a problem with one of my Henry's. The warrantee guys were awesome but you have to ship the rifle off to Ontario. I had did it twice, but on the second time they ended up sending me a brand new rifle and I had owned the previous one for almost 2 years. No questions asked.
They are great to deal with when I called for some help..
Last year I had an issue with my 45/70, I called, and Anthony the owner answered. I explained the issue and also informed him I was hoping to use it on a hunting trip I was leaving for in two weeks, he must have pulled some strings because I had it back 8 days from the Canadian depot after I shipped it from B.C. , then he sent me some goodies in the mail. Henry is a first class company!
I agree, Henry is first class. I had a pump 22 received from a family member, at least 5 years old or more it jammed and had some parts break off. I contacted Henry they connected me with their Canadian repair centre I got it back fixed. I recomend Henry. their customer service is excellent, they stand behind there products.
I had an issue once with a rimfire lever that jammed, I contacted the president of Henry directly and he used his muscle and made sure I was taken care of.
