I just picked up 5 for $188 with the 3800mAh battery on ebay, that comes down to $35 a pop.
I bought 6 of them on ebay.
Great radios.
Once you have programmed them, use the lock key (hold the # down for a few seconds) to prevent accidental changes to settings.
