The first part is the survey. The second part involves writing a letter or an email to the consultation. So let's take an hour over the weekend to get this done! It is hunting season and the timing is terrible, but we need to get this done!

Also Note the "in person" stake holder engagement sessions is by-invite only!!!

So only their selected people will be invited. We need to call our MP right the way and let them know this is NOT a democratic process. We demand transparency. The locations and timings of these sessions must be published! Citizens must be allowed to participate!

“By invitation Only”?
How does one obtain this invitation?
Who is providing this invitation?
What selection criteria is being used to select who receives an invitation?
This portrays a distinct lack of transparency thereby making the whole process suspect, leading to an increased level of distrust in our government process by all Canadians and not only law abiding firearms owners.

I just emailed Scheer stating my disgust at the idea of invitation only meetings in a supposedly democratic society to decide the future legislation.

I share your position on this. Alas I still spend a lot of my free time writing emails, letters, signing petitions, filling out questionaires, etc....

I know it is a losing battle we are fighting (as the data trend positively shows) but are you the sort of man who is going to give up? Because I am not. I’m going fight this by any means available, no matter how insignificant it might be. They’ll find my body face up on the battlefield with a gun in each hand and a dagger between my teeth, not face down empty-handed crying woe alone in hiding.
