What I can tell you is that our barrels are precision CNC machined, Match grade barrels machined from premium, Canadian made IBI blanks. The blanks are honed and hand lapped with 5R rifling. The honing controls bore dimensions down to 0.0001" tolerance for the length of the barrel and the 5R rifling and hand lapping increases velocity and accuracy.
Can you comment on what bolt(s) you use to head space the barrel?

We are using a Fail Zero bolt for headspacing our barrels.

Profiling is done. We start chambering OP on Tuesday. Heat treat and assembly the week after. We will be shipping very soon.

Here are some groups shot recently with the MRA 5R Match Stainless 308 SPR barrel.

These barrels really like the 175gr projos. The Federal SMK 175gr really tight at just over 3/4" inch. Surprisingly good results from the surplus Hirtenberger 147gr. The 165gr Gameking grouping tight enough for a majority of hunting situations. Not sure if that flyer was me, the ammo, or the barrel. It was -3c degrees and my hands were frozen. I think in better conditions these groups would tighten up a bit.

All in all, I'm happy. I hope you all feel the same.

Check out the weight on the barrels. A little less than the CAD calculations!

Ps. These are test barrels. Production stainless barrels will have our signature blasted, matte finish

    * The round to the immediate right of the 5 round group was from a different group of shots so it was not included in the Range Buddy app.

I only own one STAG-10 so I will have to head out again with the Pencil barrel. I expect similar results for 5 round groups but I will shoot some strings to see how much I can heat up the barrel before groups open up.

The Pencil barrels have been tested for function and they run great! Both the SPR and Pencil barrels ran flawless with our standard Pincer Gas Block.
