Hi, unfortunately this order did not show up on our end - shows it was cancelled. We don’t have deposits for these transactions, they show as voided so there is no money for us to return. It could be that the card was charged and will be voided within 3 days since the transaction was cancelled. We will continue to monitor and if we see a charge will instantly refund it. These types of sales are first come first serve we will do better in future at making sure people know that.
