Have you folks played with the idea of making it changeable......like a calibre conversion 556 to 39.....or the idea of just buying a new upper
I do apologize if this has been talked about or if in the works .....
I don’t mean to step on anyone’s toes
    Cheers to all

So what I’m seeing is this will be the non-wallet busting version of an XCR

I would wonder if all existing flaws would be eliminated with this built?

    Trigger, upper/lower wobble, rails, etc?

Diversifying to handle the blow from the ban to come ? ;-)

Looking good. Curious to see what so of accuracy you can wring out with some Hornady steel case ammo.

I asked the same thing when this build was mentioned in the other WK thread. Someone mentioned the pistol mags don't feed as reliably as the AK versions. I have no data to support this as I don't have any 7.62x39 guns other than my SKS so take it for what it's worth. Maybe someone here with an AR/7.62 upper can chime in?

If they are looking to export, AK mags makes sense.
They are cheap and available and not every country has magazine capacity issues.
Our Government trusts rivets more then law abiding gun owners.

Hmm... Maybe hanging onto that overpriced AK drum mag might pan out after all.

I would be all over an upper when available
No such thing as too much ammunition or toilet paper...
