We are waiting for the full machining cycle times right now, so to give a final price would be a guess. However the new uppers for the wk180c will be less expensive than our original 180b uppers. We made some design simplifications that will make it less expensive to build, So it will be slightly less modular and using less nitrated steel. How much the price will decrease we are not sure yet but we should have the price in the next week or so.

Would WK180c compatible stripped upper receivers be on the table?

    I would buy a charging/ejecting right(left closed) upper in a heartbeat.
Lots of people would buy a left charge/right eject as well.

I really like the idea of the 7.62x39mm upper. I'm still waiting for my WK180C but this sounds great to me. While we're at it, is there a .22 upper in the works?

I'm not sure if a stripped upper would be viable. We are the only ones who make these uppers so bolt carriers and gas systems would not be available anywhere else. Maybe I'm just reading your question wrong.

There are no plans for a .22 upper. We will be focusing on the center firs caliber conversions for the immediate future. Thanks for the input.

hmmmm...if only there existed an NR 180B platform out there that had that . The RWA 180B does that now, though I realise the price point is much higher.

HOWEVER, when we start putting these additional uppers on the market, you will be able to mix and match.

Sorry, couldn't resist, and I've had a lot of coffee

    Cheers
