Yes we have been, however that upper is for the RWA 180b. We are trying to keep costs down for the WK180c upper so this configuration will not be available in the near future. If the demand is there we will look at it in the new year.

It's nice to see RWA continuing to support what's on the market, as well as pushing forward with their own designs.

Just to chime in, I'd love to see an upper in 6.5 Grendel too, as well as the O-Ring retrofit mod offered as a service.

Something other than an e clip front take down pin would be nice as well, but that should be easy enough to source.

    WK180C uppers being machined....

The observant people out there will notice a built in brass deflector, a left hand only charge option (closing in the additional space on the right hand side...ie no right hand charge option), and a true to spec 1913 Rail.

Hard to tell but does it have the buffertube in the same location as the wk? will it fit the factory handguard?

    Awesome!
Have you emailed us to be put on the list? 😁

First run will be limited, so the list that we have started will get offered/filled first.

The buffer tube is attached to the WK180c lower which I'm guessing this upper will mate to as RWA isn't building a 180c lower to go with their replacement 180c uppers.

So yes... the buffer tube is in the same place.

Yes the buffer tube and stock will still line up with the barrel the same way. However the wk180c hand guard will not work on this upper. We are making our own hand guards, for two reasons. 1. Cost, because we have extrusions of our hand guards already it saves time and money to make them out of our stock material. 2. In order to give the upper a true 1913 rail it will not line up with the factory wk180c hand guard this being because the original wk180c upper does not have a true 1913 rail.
