Are these quiet or noisy when walking?

They make a swishy noise. I bought a set of these when the last batch came in, extremely light and warm but quite utilitarian and kind of ugly.

What is the difference between the parka and the jacket? Are they the same, but one has the hood stowed for the picture?

I just received my surplus parka today. I thought i'd take a chance on the 79.95 one. It appears to be brand new and never worn. Perfect shape. Dont know if i got lucky but i am very pleased. Thanks Frontier!
