It should also be stated that HK 416-22 magazines are "pistol" magazines and limited to 10 shots.
Walther Colt M4-22 magazines are rimfire rifle magzines, designed and manufactured for the colt m4-22 a rimfire rifle.
Any ideas if this upper fit on a standard ar15 lower?

quick googling shows an actual HK 416 weighs about 8.5 lbs loaded. I assume they were trying to mimic the weight of the real thing. But then again I am looking at the older model with 4 picatinny rails manual and they state that HK 416-22 weighs 6 lbs empty.
This newer version has a flat top picatinny rail and 3 mlok rail sides which should make it lighter. I guess the description is wrong? Wouldn't be surprised if it was.
