Hey Dlask team, unsure if you're aware or not, but your production website has been altered and is no longer working as expected. It appears that you're cutting over to a new shopping service provider because previous provider is no longer serving web pages. Perhaps your web team cut over from the test environment too early? In any event, I placed an order yesterday and tried logging into my account just now to check the status, and my username / email address is no longer recognized.
I tried calling the listed telephone number and it just rang several times before being disconnected. Tried a few minutes later and the same thing happened.
Anyway, I hope this isn't a surprise out of nowhere.
