Nightforce MAP (Prices) Going up in 2019....

Just received word from NF that prices are going up Jan 1/2019. We have almost all scopes , rings, bases, etc that they make in stock. Heads up in case you were thinking about a NF product so you can beat the new 2019 prices:

I don’t know if you do payment plans, but if we put a certain percentage down on a scope before the new year would we get it at 2018 pricing? I of course just decided I would get a Nightforce in 2019 and then seen this thread. Completely understand if this isn’t an option.

If you put 30% down, it locks in the price for a lay-a-way....

Okay that sounds fair to me! How long would I have to pay off the 70%? Trying (and failing) to budget for 2019 already lol.

Does this mean my income is going to go up as well? Hah!
I survived the gun control scare of 2013 and all I got was this t-shirt.......
    And 30 PMags, 5000 rounds of .223, 3000 rounds of 9mm, 5 BCG's, 5 stripped lowers, and a really pissed off wife.

A lot of it has been the 'failing' dollar

Out of curiosity, how does the Canadian Dollar have any effect on a manufacturers MAP pricing? I understand dealer pricing on this side of the line, but how does foreign currency effect American manufacturing?
