Yes Irun has personally called me 3 times regarding this issue and is handling it professionally. I am going to ship it back to them and receive a new gen 5 Glock 17 MOS. Other than having to remove my new Trijicon RmR which I was kinda excited to try out it is no big deal and I don’t mind shipping it back to get a new one at a later date than have one that might be flawed.Originally Posted by anton520b

I just took a look at my brand new Gen 5 G17 and the barrel looks exactly the same and it hasn't been fired. It must be a manufacturing flaw with whatever they're coating the barrels with.

customer/end user satisfaction.

It dont exist.
H&K was bad, glock customer service took it lower and is deeper in the *hit,,,,
