The top right mag does look like an MK12 mag, and the Tavor does uses AR-15 mags, so the mag release position may be a non-issue. If it works, it should be a great deal, a Tavor shotgun for a grand.
MKA 1919 by Akdal was the first mag fed Turkish shottie into Canada. Those mags look close to them as well. I didn’t think MK12 mags fit the 1919 though,
This proprietary mag stuff is a PITA...
