There was a time not that long ago you could get full auto blank firing guns. Is that still a thing in Canada or did they get banned?

I used to have an Uzi that was Full Auto 8 mm blanks. They are no longer available, but only because most of the companies that make them Market them as replicas, and replicas are prohibited by name.
