Sorry to hear that, in every business there will be a deal or two that go sideways. My experience has been nothing but positive, and to be honest, my last purchase a mistake was made, resolved immediately and beyond what I expected. TNA has earned a fan for life. Although I may be biased as I also own a company named True North
