This is not a scam. There is clearly something else going on here. The free shipping offer is a new promotion for us and it is possible there is a glitch if some kind.
Please email me directly with the item you were attempting to purchase and I will look into it and report back to you as soon as I can find out what the problem was.

I have contacted Wolverine and they are supposedly working on fixing it. But looks like it may take a while.

This is how I get the FREE2SHIP to works:

1. Click on your shopping cart (on the top page right corner).
2. This will shows your shopping cart contents including the auto added promo code. Click "Checkout".
3. Instead of filling in the "Bill To", click on "View Cart" on the left menu.
4. Now enter FREE2SHIP promo code and click "Apply".
5. The auto added promo code will be removed and replaced with FREE2SHIP.
