I would not send anything, I would just do it online. Take a pic of the 50rd box upc and use it 20X online.

the ones i saw were for just blazer (aluminum alloy case) can u link it?
Pretty sure it's the same rebate form...I looked and didn't see one or anything in the terms and conditions that specifically includes or excludes particular variations of those brands' products. I'll be sending in that form for my 1000 rounds of blazer brass that I ordered

Twice now I have sent in for Federal's rebate; twice now, I have gotten nothing back.
The last time it was on 1000 rounds of AE 55 gr. .223; crappiest .223 ammo I have ever shot.
Not falling for it again.
I have 2 that have been approved on 07 Dec and 02 Jan, still waiting.... just submitted another as well.
I sent in for a rebate on Black Friday, and just got my rebate notification yesterday that it was being shipped.
