"Large polymer tip" this could be used in a lever gun as well as bolts. But who will be first? My guess Marlin.
It would be nice to see in a resurrected 88 Win though.

You think Marlin would beat Winchester to the punch putting out a lever in this caliber? If so, Winchester is definitely NOT on the ball!

Is this for a levergun? That would be pretty cool.

I had a quick look & it appears to be bolts only @ this point! I am surprised to be honest!

To clarify, the ballistics shown for "X350DS" is for the 150 gr bullet, not the 265 gr.

An MV of 2325 fps is easily achieved with a 150 gr bullet in a 30-30 and a 30 cal 150 gr bullet will lose far less velocity (given similar bullet shapes) than a 35 cal 150 gr bullet.

Strange - I couldn't edit my previous post...........

150 grs in 35 cal is very light for caliber. I like at least 200 grs as I used in my 35 Rem.

Continuing the comparison with the 30-30, case capacity of the 30-30 is about 45 grains, and I estimate that case capacity of the 350 Legend will be about 36 grs.

This tells me that pressures employed in that ammo is higher than in the 30-30. High enough that it might preclude its use in common lever guns such as the Win M94.
