Yep it is a takedown model but they are dropping the .45LC model and concentrating on the .357 / .44mag models only.
Once current inventory of the .45LC is liquidated that will be it for that platform in that calibre. I enquired about a .460S&W or .500S&W and the marketing guy said the idea has come up for discussion several times in meetings already but there have been no further forays into the idea. Too bad because a take down .460S&W would be epic!
