    Winchester Victory Edition M1 Carbine

Limited production run: serialized in sequence with POA paperwork and sold as box sets only.
I could not get any tentative date or anticipated MSRP from the guys on the floor so unfortunately for the time being it's just eye candy / vapour-ware.

Interesting. More a repro of the prototype then?
Grammar is like personal hygiene - you can ignore it if you like, but don't be surprised when people make assumptions about you.

How short is the barrel and what is the OAL?
What exactly comes in the boxed set?

I failed to confirm the barrel length but if it's true to form the barrel would be exactly 18". The boxed set is supposed to come with everything shown as well as a sling according to the marketing guys.

Great to see them doing a package like this. Should be a good seller.

    Who's building it?
I realize at this stage that may not be known.

Where are the sling swivels? Or, for that matter, the sling cutout in the stock?
