Took me about 8 months to get a barrel back from warranty. Followed all proper procedures emailed countless times. They just ignore you until they feel like dealing with it. There was no phone number available anywhere at my time of dealing with them. Buy another brand with customer service next time around is all I can advise.

    Actually, it’s Never Ever Again
I survived the gun control scare of 2013 and all I got was this t-shirt.......
    And 30 PMags, 5000 rounds of .223, 3000 rounds of 9mm, 5 BCG's, 5 stripped lowers, and a really pissed off wife.

I've had a couple proverbial "hickups" with NEA products and never had a problem getting things resolved. I wouldn't hesitate to buy their related products again.

All NEA warranties are handled through NEA directly. I will see if we can get in touch with them on your behalf

If you post in a vendor subforum, they can close it.

If you post something in a general thread, someone can complain and the admins can close it...

Read what CanAm posted in the first thread you made maybe. You have to deal with the manufacturer directly, that’s BCL’s rules from what I hear. CanAm literally can’t help you.
