Maglula mags something similar. It attaches to the rear of the AR mag and you either feed individual round onto it or strip them off a stripper clip, and then ram the 10 rnds into the mag. So not quite a slick but it definitely has helped my thumbs.

Has anyone used one of these? If so, thoughts?
I have been using one since Jan, I am glad I waited to source this bad boy before buying gimmicks.
As long as you follow "instructions on use" you should have no issues, it's loads my APX 9mm rounds without problems and continues to work flawlessly.

Just got one from FOC, it does not work easily for me loading 147gn 9mm ammo into Glock magazines. I have lubed it as the instructions say, the first try it jammed up, it only loaded 4 rounds into the mag before it jammed up
I have tired a few more times and it seems to be breaking in and getting easier, but it takes a lot of force to get it to load all 10 rounds
Great idea it just does not work as easily as I was expecting, I hope it breaks in more otherwise I wont even use it
Just watched the video and mine does not work that easily for sure, not even close. Will try other ammo and mags, because mine for sure doesn't work like the video at the moment
