Okay, thanks for the replies. Once I remove the hammer / hammer spring assembly, the trigger bar can drops down out of the way. With the all the trigger / hammer components in place the trigger safety bar cannot be pushed down to clear the way. I wonder if this is a BCM or ATRS issue. Prehaps worth a minor note to those novices following the typical video instructions.

    Chances are it’ll be fine.
Only a few triggers that don’t work so far.
Are you using the trigger from the LPK?

What are people torquing their barrel nuts to?
Seems that the most cited range is 35-80 ft-lbs

I’ve got mine somewhere around 40 right now

If it’s a proprietary barrel nut , the manufacturer will have a spec. 40-50 is pretty standard.
The battle arms aluminum nuts I put on at 45 ft/lbs. they don’t require indexing.

I had a quick question about the dust cover. Currently it doesn’t seat tight to the upper. It sits about 1/8 away from completely closed. Is anyone else having this problem. I was thinking about going with an adjustable one from strike industries but I don’t know if this will solve the problem. Currently I have just a cheap steel one installed. On a completely different topic has anyone considered filing down the catch on the charging handle. I was thinking long term it might wear down the upper since upper is aluminum and the charging handle catch appears to be steel.
