Excellent Customer Experience
Recently purchased an LSS chassis along with a grip and stock from MDT and the service experience was excellent during the whole process, especially when there was a minor computing error with the order that Ryan was very prompt in clearing up to ensure my delivery was received as fast as possible. These guys already make the best products of this type at what seems to be the lowest price point, so I don't see why you wouldn't buy here with the purchase experience on par with the product quality. I will be back again to buy the ESS soon, very happy with MDT from start to finish and would recommend them to anyone.
