I just recieved a message from member HeK as he found an issue with his deflector that he had sent out to me. He has already sent a replacement before I received the original one. Sounds like an awsome guy to deal with and a great alternative to the more expensive model going around.
I get parts 3D printed every day and they cost a lot more than 5 cents. The printer my guys use cost $500,000 and if they have to change the spool color it's an extra $600 so needless to say it's not just a piece of plastic.

I started a new spool of black ABS for the deflectors. It visually prints great but has the strength of a kitkat bar. Normally the plastic will deform before it snaps, this stuff would just separate. I guess it was a bad batch or something.
I opened another spool and printed with no problems. I'm going to have to stress test each new batch now.
Member HeK posted on another thread he is currently sold out of deflectors,as he only lists as many as he has in a batch. He will post a fresh eBay post when he has more ready, so keep checking back if you need a deflector.
Got a message that he has a fresh batch back up on Ebay again.
We just received a sample of the printed deflector. Well thought out and a good design, Great job HeK!!
